Pleasant Hill Center
Pleasant Hill, CA

In 2005 KDA renovated this 10,000 sq. ft. retail building. Improvements included removal of the old overhanging soffit, the addition of architectural "waterfalls" to break up the building bays, new storefront systems, new lighting and landscaping.

To keep the renovation costs to a minimum, we tied the new facade into the existing structure, re-used the old brick for the main tenant entrance and employed laser-sculpted foam to create the waterfalls.
